EBANKING USER GUIDE FOR STORE SUBMISSION

Before connecting to the phone, be aware the following : 

- The activation code provided can be used ONLY time for only one device.

- It is normal that some functionnalities are not accessible on this ebanking application :
Your access is a special one that cannot have bank account and we are also not allowed to create fake bank accounts.
So financial page and payment page will not be available. 

Please see the following video that show theses 2 functionnalities that are not available using the demo access.

User guide for first connexion

1.    CONNEXION ON A SMARTPHONE WITH CONTRACT #CONTRACT_NUMBER_1

Make sure that uninstall the application and then you reinstall it before starting the below step.

PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING ON YOUR PHONE.

 

1.1.    Device activation

PLEASE DO THE DEVICE ACTIVATION ON SMARTPHONE

When clicking on the App “eBanking CH” or “eBanking LUX” or “eBanking MON” (depending on your version) on the home screen  you will land on the login page of the application.

By clicking on the button “Login” you will be brought to the activation page.

Here you will have to enter the following credentials :
-    User ID :  CONTRACT_NUMBER_1
-    Password :   PASSWORD_1
This password is a temporary password. You will have to update it later

After filling the credential, you will have to change your temporary password in the following screen :

Please use password : eBanking2020in the "new password" and "confirm password" fields

Then, you will be asked to modify the device name.  

Please keep the original value

By clicking next on the last screen you will be brought to the activation page.
On this page you will have to enter the following credential:
-    Activation code : ACTIVATION_CODE_1

This activation code can only be used one time in order to bind the contract to the phone
It cannot be used on another device.

 

Then, if you have a message to autorise notifications on EBANKING application, please click on AUTORISE

After the activation you will have to create a pin code.
If you do not arrive to this page, it means that you did not uninstall/reinstall the application and there is already a PIN code defined

This PIN code will only be used for your connection on mobile.
PLEASE ENTER : 050378

Click on OK
 

You will have to confirm it

PLEASE ENTER : 050378

Click on OK
 

 

Then, if you have a message to autorise notifications on EBANKING application, please click on AUTORISE

After the PIN activation the device will be bound to the contract and activated.
Click on YES or OK
If biometrics are activated on your phone you will at this point be asked if you want to use it.

DO NOT USE BIOMETRICS

 

1.2.    First connexion

PLEASE DO THE DEVICE CONNEXION THE SAME DEVICE USED FOR THE ACTIVATION

IF THE FIRST CONNEXION FAILED, DO NOT HESITATE TO KILL THE APP AND START AGAIN.

When clicking on the App “eBanking CH” or “eBanking LUX” or “eBanking MON” (depending on your version) on the home screen  you will land on the login page of the application.

 

If you have a recommandation page about security, please validate the checkbox and click on next

By clicking on the button “Login” you will be brought to the PIN code page. Enter your PIN and press OK.

You may have to accept the “terms and conditions” page.

                                                                        

You are now logged in the app
